FINANCIAL DECISION FACTORS FOR WOMEN MSME IN TANGERANG: AN ANALYSIS USING STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELING

Although Tangerang is an urban area, there are still many women MSME who do not very understand about the financial products. When they faced with products other than savings, afraid and hesitant to use it. Even should them accelerate their business. It interests us test literacy level through structural modeling. We build a decision-making model two antecedents, namely inclusion one mediator, intention. Based on SMART PLS results of 150 respondents, all indicators have passed inner outer others. This study finds that intentions can mediated effectively as antecedents decisions consequent. Thus finally from this research, it be concluded for in were more financially literate just previous studies facts.
